The portal, including the “ImmoLabel and ImmoData” tools, is providing a precise vision of the technical and energy status of the buildings. Based on this, Signa-Terre can also assist you in developing a strategic and operational plan for the maintenance and renovation of your building, or property portfolio, related to your investment policy in the short, medium and long term.

This approach relies on rapid assessment methods of identified costs of work that are defining maintenance and repair costs at predictable dates. It is then possible to define scenarios of intervention, based on multi-criteria analysis (upgrading and conformity, obsolescence, energy and environmental performance, satisfaction of occupants and the need for modernisation ...) that will ultimately permit to help planning costs and temporality based on the priorities of action.

ASSISTANT TO THE PROJECT OWNER

Signa-Terre also follows its customers in the implementation of the strategy defined in the ImmoStrat service by providing its engineers and architects experts to the assistance to the project owner (APO) for the specific part related to energy and the physics of the building. Through executed mandates, Signa-Terre guarantees adapted advice and the latest innovations in the market, thanks to a constant renewal of its knowledge. This allows it to offer economically viable and effective solutions, in accordance with the legal requirements in force (cantonal and/or municipal). Respect and follow-up of administrative procedures are of course ensured: requests for building permits for research and requests for possible subsidies, mandatory audits for post-construction measures to obtain certificates such as Minergie® Of course, all this is done in full compliance and coordination with stakeholders, general contractors, architects and HVAC engineers, chosen by the owner.
